So, last week I decided to do something I've never done before, we went and picked fruit at the local farm. Being a die-hard Valley Girl, I couldn't imagine how hanging out in the hot sun doing manual labor could be SO MUCH FUN!!!
Lulu was a champ...she didn't like the "stickies" from the rasberry bushes and her face turned red-er (?) than the ripest tomato we saw, but she trudged along with Mommy. Lucky for her, she had a whole group of friends to run around with while the mommies were hard at work. We came home with the sweetest berries - was it from all the TLC? I think so...I love being a mom!
